In appreciation to recognizing the players glazing the diamond, a special weekend was established

to show the personalities and passions never before seen to fans.

During that weekend, players wore either black (away) or white home) uniforms (with unique nicknames on the back) and special caps. In addition, players accessorized their bats, gloves, socks and cleats.

To mark this event, a new evolution logo was revealed on the right side of the from sleeve. The logo showed the path of progress from Little League to the Majors.

The special uniforms were first worn at the first annual Little League Classic.

Expect this to be an annual event.
