These newest members of the Hall gave fans in attendance a special remembrance

 

Craig Biggio was all emotional as he dedicated his induction to his parents, who past away earlier this year. He described his journey from his days in Long Island to making it to the bigs as an Astro for life. 

 

The Big Unit was torn to which team he wanted to retire as; he chose the Diamondbacks over the Mariners (who endorsed the honor)

 

John Smoltz promoted a message of elbow safety to parents and their children playing ball that baseball is not a year around sport. In addition, he described his career as unique.

 

It was Pedro who stole the show. He gave a dancing exhibtion and showed his Dominican pride in flag,in music and in clothing. In celebration of Father's Day,he invited Giants pitching great Juan Marichal up to the stage for a memorable salute to the country.

 

It was an emotional and exciting HOF induction indeed.
